The Problem

The world is running out of time to manage its waste.

Waste generation is accelerating exponentially while infrastructure remains anchored in outdated, landfill-based models from the last century. The current system is saturated.

0B

Tons of MSW by 2050

Projected municipal solid waste — equivalent to filling 1.5 million Olympic swimming pools.

0%

Generated by landfills — a greenhouse gas 86× more potent than CO₂.

USD 1.75 billion wasted every day burying the equivalent of 380 million garbage trucks.

Our Solution

The Thermoselect® process

A proven, high-temperature (1,200°C – 2,000°C) industrial process that converts 100% of waste into valuable resources, with over 30 years of successful commercial operation worldwide.

  • No incineration — classified and validated as gasification by the U.S. EPA.
  • No pre-sorting of waste required — direct processing of all waste types.
  • Zero landfills — zero final disposal.
  • No toxic emissions — a fully closed-loop process.
  • Ultra-fast cooling (<70°C) thermally prevents dioxin and furan formation.

Produces synthesis gas (H₂ + CO + CO₂) convertible into power, ethanol, SAF, green marine fuels, and hydrogen.

Feed

Unsorted MSW & industrial waste enters the system — no pre-treatment.

Gasify

High-temperature molecular breakdown converts all feedstock into syngas.

1,200°C – 2,000°C

Clean

Closed-loop process with ultra-fast cooling — no toxic emissions, no landfill.

Valorize

Syngas becomes power, ethanol, SAF, hydrogen, N₂, metals & aggregates.

Why We're Different

A waste-to-energy model built for the next century

Lower CAPEX & OPEX

Eliminates costly pre-processing infrastructure and reduces operational complexity.

Simplified logistics

Fewer handling steps and lower plant complexity through direct, unsorted feed.

Better environmental performance

Lower emissions and reduced landfill dependency vs. conventional WtE systems.

Higher efficiency

Removing pre-treatment steps cuts energy use and maximizes direct landfill diversion.

Globally Proven

Over 30 years of operation

Thermoselect® is not a prototype. It's a globally validated technology with a long commercial track record.
